What is cupuaçu?
This cacao-related fruit is mainly produced in the state of Pará in the north of Brazil and is used for juices, smoothies, ice creams and many other delicious products. The pulp is creamy white-yellow, has a taste described as pear with a hint of banana and an odour that mixes pineapple and chocolate… Just try this, we just can’t describe this tropical sensation properly.
How to use?
Traditional juice > 1 cupuaçu smoothie pack; 200 ml of water; 1 spoon of sugar
Smoothie > 1 smoothie pack, fresh or frozen fruits (coco, pineapple, mango, açaí, raspberry, blueberry…) and 100ml water or juice or dairy (all kinds of yoghurts) and their soy, rice, nuts alternatives
Bowl > 2 smoothie packs, some fresh or frozen fruits (coco, passion, mango, banana…) and 50ml water or juice or dairy (all kinds of yoghurts) and their soy, rice, nuts alternatives
