AÇAÍ NA TIJELA 

Ingredients:

  1. 3 Açaí Smoothie Packs

  2. 1 banana

  3. 100ml water / juice (apple juice recommended) / dairy (rice milk or yoghurt recommended)

  4. Topping: granola, fresh fruit, nuts and/or seeds

Preparation: 

  1. Chop up the banana, put the pieces in the blender.

  2. Add water / juice / dairy.

  3. Cut each açaí pack in half, break up the halves and add to the banana and milk.

  4. Blend until smooth.

  5. Serve and adorn with the granola topping and fresh sliced fruit.

Blendind tips:

  1. Blend the ingredients gradually for consistent results, start on a low speed and increase slowly.

  2. Always put frozen ingredients in the blender LAST, putting them on TOP will facilitate the blending and give you a better result.

  3. The consistency of your açaí na tijela is mainly dependant on the temperature of the blend. Using more frozen ingredients will make the result easier to scoop. Adding more water / juice / dairy will make the blend more liquid.

REcovery Shake 

 Ingredients:

  1. 1 Açaí Smoothie Pack

  2. 1/2 banana

  3. 100ml rice milk

  4. 1 spoon of protein powder (15g)

Preparation: 

  1. Chop up the banana and put the pieces in the blender.

  2. Add rice milk.

  3. Cut your açaí pack in half, break up the halves and add to the banana and milk.

  4. Blend until smooth.

  5. Add protein powder and blend until dissolved completely.

JUICES  

Ingredients:

  1. 1 Smoothie Pack or 12 pellets/drops

  2. Fresh or frozen fruits (50g-100g)

  3. 100ml water / juice (apple juice recommended) / dairy (rice milk or yoghurt recommended)

Preparation: 

  1. Chop up the fresh fruits and put the pieces in the blender.

  2. Add water / juice / dairy.

  3. Cut the smoothie pack pack in half, break up the halves.

  4. Blend until smooth.

  5. Serve and enjoy.
