Ingredients:

  • 10 cl açaí
  • 5cl Cachaça
  • frsh lime
  • 2 cl liquid cane sugar
  • 1 small spoon cane sugar
  • gemalen ijsblokjes
  • rode besjes

Preparation:

  • Muddle 3 wedges lime with the (melted) açaí in a tumbler
  • Add crushed ice (to the top)
  • Top with cane sugar and cachaça
  • Stirr
  • Add crushed ice again
  • Finish with a thick black straw and dress some red berries
